    Refund Policy

    For returns, all items MUST be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition they were sent (unopened and sealed including freebies). Once the item(s) have been received and inspected for damages, refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping costs. Items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

    For clarification, once a package is delivered to you, you have 14 from the delivery date to request a return and send the order back to our shop. Past the 14 days, your return will not be accepted 

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPRINTS FROM THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY OR ITEMS/PCs MISSING FROM YOUR ALBUMS - as they are sealed there is no way for us to verify that all inclusions are included. While this is a very rare occurrence, it does happen and we will not except returns unless it is under certain circumstances. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, SEALED, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and video of unboxing the item. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@mykpopkingdom.com or mykpopkingdom.cs@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address on your shipping label. 

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to send an unboxing video to qualify for a return.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST MAIL (no monetary refund will be given for lost or damaged packages) - Under certain circumstances store credit will be issued but that will be on a case by case basis!

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE PACKAGES DUE TO DELAYS IN DELIVERY BY THE POST OFFICE- If you package arrives later than the estimated date of arrival that is not cause for a return under any circumstances.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, PRE-ORDERS, or gift cards.

    YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS THAT CONTAIN PRE-ORDER ITEMS!!!!

    Cancellations on orders are only allowed with 24 hours of purchase!!!


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be given for the full order amount MINUS (-) return shipping costs and initial shipping costs.
